For the past week, whenever I try to add my Paycell card on different platforms (Itemsatis, hesap.com.tr, GameSatış), I keep getting the error message “maximum cards added.” This is my first time trying to add the card, and no charges were made. The issue also continues on hesap.com.tr, where my unprocessed transaction code is #219185513613.
I contacted the live support teams for these sites to resolve the issue, but they told me I needed to reach out to GPay. Since I haven’t been able to reach GPay customer service, I’m writing here.
I request that the card-adding limit be lifted and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. I attempted the transaction on November 7 in Eskişehir. I kindly ask for your help.
