GPay Payment Refund Not Processed After Transaction Cancellation


On November 3, 2025, I attempted to top up a digital prepaid card with $237 via the website GameSatış using GPay and my digital card. During the transaction, verification was required but could not be completed because my card is digital. As a result, the payment was refused and I was asked to provide my IBAN for a refund. The transaction number is #4314541.
Even after submitting my IBAN and requesting a refund, I was first told the refund would be processed within 1-3 days. However, 4 days passed and I received no update. When I wrote to the support team again, they then told me I must wait 7 days. During this time I have received no notifications, emails, or SMS updates.
I request that the 10,000 $237 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also request that the refund process be expedited and my grievance addressed.
