Konami Efootball Purchase Not Reflected in Game Account

I purchased in-game currency for Konami Efootball, but the amount never appeared in my game account. Despite the funds being deducted from my bank account, and having all the receipts to prove the purchase, the issue remains unresolved. I even sent all the necessary documentation via email, yet no solution has been offered.
To make matters worse, there is no direct way to contact a representative for proper support. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund or the purchased amount to be credited to my game account. Konami must address this issue promptly and ensure that such problems are handled effectively in the future.
