I recently discovered several unauthorized charges on my PayPal account from a company or service called Tango. I have never signed up for Tango, do not have the app, and do not recognize this service in any way. Despite that, payments have been taken from my PayPal account on random dates starting from June 9, 2024, up to today, with individual amounts ranging approximately between $10 and $50. In total, there are 18 separate Tango transactions that I did not authorize. I contacted PayPal about these charges, but so far, I haven't gotten any helpful support or a clear resolution. Today is actually the first time I noticed these transactions, as I had no prior knowledge of Tango or any agreement that would allow these debits from my account. I request a full refund of all Tango charges that were taken from my PayPal account without my consent and a thorough investigation into how this authorization was created and used in my name. I also want any existing payment authorization or subscription related to Tango on my PayPal account to be permanently cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges can be made.
