MyIQ Continues Billing After Subscription Cancellation
I had a subscription with the MyIQ website, which I canceled in February 2026 directly through their site. Despite this, I was still charged $24.99 on March 12, 2026, after the cancellation. I contacted MyIQ customer support about this charge, and they confirmed that my subscription had indeed been canceled back in February. However, even though they state that the subscription was canceled, the $24.99 payment was still taken from my account on March 12. I request that the $24.99 charged on March 12, 2026, after my cancellation in February, be fully refunded to my original payment method and that my account be ensured as fully canceled so that I do not receive any further charges.
