Unauthorized MyIQ Charge Appears on Revolut Visa Card
On 11 March, an amount of 29.99 was taken from my Revolut Visa card without my authorization. In the Revolut app, there is no clear merchant name or description other than a reference to “MyIQ”; it simply appears as money taken from my account without my consent. I contacted Revolut support about this transaction and explained that I did not authorize any payment to “MyIQ” and do not know this service. Revolut support told me to contact MyIQ directly, but I have no idea how to reach this merchant; there is no visible contact information, and I have never registered or subscribed to anything knowingly with this name. Because this payment was unauthorized, I have already blocked any future payments, and I am requesting that Revolut refund the full amount of 29.99 to my account and assist me in treating this as an unauthorized transaction. I would also like this case to be investigated so that similar unauthorized charges do not occur again.
