Free Fire Android Account Banned Without Warning

On November 1, 2025, around 10:00 p.m., my Garena Free Fire Android account (ID: 5392****53) was suddenly banned even though I did not commit any rule violations. I received no prior warning or notification before the ban, and my access to the account was completely blocked.
I have made approximately $119 worth of in-game purchases on this account. After the ban, I contacted Garena customer support, but I haven’t received any response. My account does not have any linked protection or connected social media accounts.
I request that my account be reinstated, or, if that is not possible, that a full refund of my past purchases be issued. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
