When the suspension period ended, the account reopened, and after playing just one match, it was suspended again.
Before my account was closed, I did not receive any warning or notification through the game or by email. I previously had a cheat-related program on my device, but I never used it actively in the game. Additionally, I often connect to the game using a VPN. Despite this, my account was suspended again without any detailed investigation or explanation, which has caused me significant frustration.
I have spent a substantial amount of money on diamonds and various in-game items on this account, and I have dedicated a lot of time to it.
