This is my second account, and I have invested years of effort into it. It was first suspended for one month on October 12, 2025. When the suspension period ended, the account reopened, and after playing just one match, it was suspended again.
Before my account was closed, I did not receive any warning or notification through the game or by email. I previously had a cheat-related program on my device, but I never used it actively in the game. Additionally, I often connect to the game using a VPN. Despite this, my account was suspended again without any detailed investigation or explanation, which has caused me significant frustration.
I have spent a substantial amount of money on diamonds and various in-game items on this account, and I have dedicated a lot of time to it. To ensure that my effort and purchases are not wasted, I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and if it was suspended unfairly, that the suspension be lifted so I can regain access to the game.
