Clash of Clans Accidental Diamond Purchase Refund Request Denied
On 23/08/2025, I accidentally purchased diamonds in the Clash of Clans game. I did not use any of these diamonds, yet when I requested a refund, my request was denied. I reported the issue multiple times to both Supercell and Google Play support teams, but no effective solution was provided. This has caused me frustration, as I expected a simple mistake like this to be corrected, especially since the purchased items remain unused in my account.
I urgently request that my refund be processed for the accidental purchase. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and file an official complaint on Şikayetvar and other consumer platforms. I hope Supercell and Google Play act responsibly and provide a quick resolution to prevent further inconvenience.
