I Request Refund for Unauthorized Google Play Purchases in Viking Rise

I am writing regarding unauthorized in-game purchases made in the games Viking Rise and Doomsday, published by IGG Games, through my Google Play account. My child made these purchases without my knowledge or consent between April 1 and April 17, totaling €119.87. I only became aware of the situation after noticing the charges in my account history. After identifying the issue, I contacted Google Play support and requested a refund for these unauthorized transactions, but my request was denied.

I have not been able to resolve this matter through Google, so I am now reaching out directly to IGG Games. Since these purchases were made by a minor without permission, I am requesting a full refund of €119.87. Additionally, I ask that appropriate safeguards or restrictions be applied to the relevant game accounts to prevent similar unauthorized purchases in the future. I request that my case be reviewed promptly, that the refund and account protections be processed as soon as possible, and that I be informed of the outcome in writing.
