Google Play Refund Request Not Accepted
I did not receive the product I purchased in the application I downloaded via GooglePlay on April 13, 2023, at 16:44:32 pm. I requested a refund via the e-mail sent to me and GooglePlay did not accept the refund. In addition, the incoming e-mail replied that the refund request you requested is not in accordance with our policy. This is exactly called qualified fraud. If the payment I have made is not refunded, I will take legal action against GooglePlay Turkey under the name of qualified fraud through my lawyer. I want the fee I paid to be refunded as soon as possible.
