On April 20, 2025, I was charged 899.99₺ through my mobile carrier for a PUBG Mobile Turkey DCB subscription—without my consent. What’s even more outrageous is that PUBG Mobile isn’t even active on my phone, and I haven’t played the game at all. I never approved any purchase, never authorized a subscription, and certainly never received any confirmation message.
Despite not using the game, a purchase was somehow made under my name, and now I’m left with an unauthorized charge I didn’t agree to. This is a serious violation of trust. It’s unacceptable to charge someone without clear consent or usage of the product.
I demand a full refund of the 899.99₺ that was taken without permission. PUBG Mobile and Google need to investigate how this happened and ensure it doesn’t happen to others. Reverse the charge immediately and remove any subscriptions tied to my number or account. I never opted into this—and I want my money back now.
