Google Play Took Payment Without My Permission
While I was asleep at night, ₺746.10 was withdrawn from my card by Google Play. I am a citizen of Azerbaijan, and 33 manats were withdrawn. I did not authorize this transaction, and I have no idea what it was for. Despite exercising my right to dispute the transaction, the money has still not been returned to my account. I even checked all my subscriptions and recent purchases, but nothing matches this charge. If you are seeing this message, I kindly request that my money be refunded through your services. When I click the “Report a problem” button, it says the review is complete, but the money still hasn’t been credited back to my account.
Progress
Almost 710.46 TL was withdrawn from my card by Google Play, which is 33 manat as an Azerbaijani citizen, and there is still no news about my money, it has not been credited to my card and has not arrived. Even though I requested a refund, my refund has still not been processed. Please refund my money, otherwise I will take necessary action. There are 4 refund requests under review and still no result.
