Google Play Won’t Install E-Nabız App on Redmi Phone

For the past two weeks, I have been unable to reinstall the E-Nabız application from the Google Play Store on my Redmi 13 phone, even though it was previously installed on my device. The download remains stuck in the installation phase and never completes. As a result, I cannot log into MHRS or schedule medical appointments.
Even though I am trying to download the app normally without making any additional changes or adjustments, I am not getting any results. This issue is directly affecting my access to healthcare services. I request that the E-Nabız application be made downloadable and fully functional on my phone again, and that the inconvenience I am experiencing be resolved.
