My Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro Won’t Connect to E-Nabız as Promised
I specifically bought the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro because it was advertised as being compatible with E-Nabız, Turkey’s national health tracking system. However, after purchasing it and pairing it with my Redmi phone, I discovered that this feature doesn’t work at all.
What’s worse is that I also bought the ceramic version of the same watch for my spouse — and it won’t connect to E-Nabız either. We were clearly misled. You market this functionality as a key selling point, yet it's completely unavailable once the product is in our hands.
If this feature doesn't work, then why advertise it? I could have bought a cheaper smartwatch with similar features elsewhere. Huawei, you need to either enable E-Nabız integration immediately or explain clearly why it doesn't work and offer a refund or compensation for the false advertising. Fix this now — customers deserve honesty and functionality.
