On October 4, 2025, two unauthorized transactions were made from my Garanti Bank card through Google Play for the game Brawl Stars. One of these charges was for ₺189.99, and the other was for ₺94.99. My card was used without my permission by my son.
I request that these unauthorized charges be refunded to me and that the issue be investigated thoroughly to resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
