Google Play Denied Refund for Unauthorized eFootball In-Game Purchase

On April 23, 2026, an in-game purchase of approximately $115 was made on the eFootball mobile game through Google Play without my knowledge or authorization. After noticing the transaction, I submitted a refund request through the Google Play Store within about two hours, but my request was denied. I believe this payment was made without my consent by someone else. The charge was processed through my bank card, and I am requesting that the refund for the transaction with order ID GPA.3309-2979-5122-04802 be reviewed again and approved. I will also be contacting my bank to file a formal dispute regarding this charge. Despite submitting my refund request within the legal time frame, I received a negative response. Therefore, I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the amount be refunded to me in full.
