Google Play Denied eFootball Refund — Customer Complaint
On November 1, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., I accidentally made a purchase of $4 for in-game currency in KONAMI’s eFootball mobile game through the Google Play Store. I immediately requested a refund through Play Store, but I received the response: “We can’t process your refund.”
In the past, I had a similar situation and received a refund quickly, but this time it has been five days, and no refund has been issued.
The related order number is GPA.3394-4451-7222-99161. I have not yet contacted KONAMI or eFootball customer support directly about this issue.
I kindly request that the $4 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
