Unauthorized Purchase by Child on eFootball 2025 – Refund Request Denied
On November 28, 2024, my underage child made an unauthorized purchase of approximately ₺2900 in the eFootball 2025 app using my card. As soon as I realized this, I immediately submitted a refund request on the same day. However, my request was denied. The following day, I filed another refund request, only to receive another rejection.
It is unacceptable that a purchase was made without my knowledge or consent, and yet my refund request is being denied despite acting promptly. This situation has caused significant frustration, and I demand that the amount be refunded to my bank account without further delay. Please address this matter urgently and resolve it appropriately.
