Goodyear Ignored My Defective Tire Complaint - Gave No Technical Explanation

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a tire I purchased from GoodYear Türkiye, as unfortunately, I have been unable to reach an authorized contact person in your local branch despite numerous attempts. The issue involves an obvious defect in the sponge-rubber bonding process within the tire's manufacturing stage. However, the report provided by your company merely states "there is no defect," without including any supporting technical or scientific details. Such an approach neither aligns with Goodyear’s global reliability and quality standards nor adequately addresses consumer concerns. The report you provided states that no adhesion failure was observed; however, it contains no explanation regarding how this conclusion was reached or what methods were used for such determination. Furthermore, despite the tire being brand new and mounted directly onto the vehicle, the report seems to imply that damage may have occurred during removal. This is misleading, as my tires had never previously been removed or repaired. Even if such damage had occurred during removal, similar markings would have been expected both inside and outside the tire. In this case, it is clearly evident that the marks resulted from the foam becoming completely detached and moving freely inside the rotating tire, continuously rubbing and striking the internal surface. What is even more disappointing is the difficulty I've encountered trying to reach an authorized representative who could provide clarity or assistance on this matter. I'm bringing this issue directly to your attention because I believe customer satisfaction is essential to Goodyear’s values and standards. The tire itself is not the issue; rather, my concern lies with the importance your company places on customer experience.
