On December 12, 2024, I purchased four Goodyear 185/65R14 86H Eag Sp 4Seasons tires from the Lastikçim website. The tires were delivered and installed at the designated location on December 14, 2024. The following day, I noticed a significant drop in tire pressure. Since it was a Sunday, I couldn't report the issue immediately.

The next day, I returned to the service center where the tires were installed. Upon inspection, a leak was identified on the inner side of one tire. I reported the issue to Lastikçim support. The tire was removed and reinstalled by an authorized service, and no visible damage to the inner sidewall was detected. However, Goodyear concluded that the defect was not due to a manufacturing fault but was my responsibility.

This is unacceptable for a two-day-old tire. I request Goodyear to reconsider their assessment and replace the defective tire promptly. Their lack of accountability for a product used under normal conditions is disappointing.

My Bridgestone All-Season Tires Lost Tread After 20,000 KM and the Brand Offered No Help

"Hello, about 3 weeks ago, I was directed by Bridgestone authorities to an authorized dealer and my tires were removed so that they could be inspected at the factory. On 04.11.2025, I was informed that there was no fault found by the factory. Today, when I called the dealer where I had my tires removed to ask about their status, I was told that my tires were not actually sent to the factory, but instead photos were taken and the evaluation was made that way. If the process could be handled with photos, why were my tires removed? During this time, I was forced to use my car with tires from 2014 that I found on my own. What would have happened if I had an accident or similar incident due to the old tires during this period? If my tires were not going to be sent to the factory for inspection, why were they removed? I am addressing Bridgestone authorities here; I want my grievance to be resolved urgently."
