I Face Front Wear on My Asics Shoes After 3 Months, But My Warranty Claim Was Rejected

Dear Asics Global Support,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a warranty claim I submitted through Asics Turkey (via Marlin Spor, Request ID: 29411597) for a pair of Asics shoes I purchased locally. After only 3 to 4 months of regular use, the front section of the shoes became severely worn out and nearly tore apart. I genuinely believe this is a manufacturing defect, as such deterioration under normal usage is far from what I expect from Asics.
Unfortunately, after a brief review, Asics Turkey denied my claim, stating that no production defect was found and that they would not be offering a replacement or any further support. This response has left me frustrated and disappointed, especially considering the high standards and quality reputation I have long associated with Asics.
I am therefore requesting that this issue be escalated to Asics Global for a more comprehensive and impartial inspection. Please inform me how and where I can send the product for proper evaluation. I am prepared to provide all relevant purchase information and product details upon request.
My only expectation is a fair and thorough reassessment, and if a manufacturing flaw is confirmed, I request a replacement of the faulty item. I hope Asics Global will treat this matter with the seriousness and professionalism that loyal customers deserve.
