Accidental Goodnotes Deletion Causes Loss of Over 50 Critical College Class Notes

I had hundreds of notes in the Goodnotes application that I have been using on my iPad for two years. Today, I accidentally deleted the application, and when I reinstalled it, only a few previously downloaded files were restored; none of the notes I took this year are there. In particular, more than 50 notes belonging to this year's classes have completely disappeared. My exams are next week, and I need these notes urgently.

I pay regularly every year via the App Store, and the fact that my notes were not restored even though I logged into the app has caused major distress. I could not find a contact phone number to reach the app's support team either. I demand that my lost notes be restored as soon as possible and that my issue be resolved.
