Goldman Sachs Gosbr Warrant Devaluation Caused ₺500,000 Loss
Dear Representatives, despite filing a similar complaint before, I am once again facing significant losses due to Goldman Sachs. This time, it involves the Gosbr warrant based on Alphabet Class A shares. After the balance sheet date, the warrant experienced an 8% decline. On October 26, 2023, I purchased the warrant at an average cost of 0.44 kuruş, as displayed on the official site. Despite the price remaining stable and even rising slightly above my purchase price over the next day, the value was abruptly reduced to 0.30 kuruş.
I have visual records of all price movements and website data. In a prior instance, a similar issue occurred, but my complaint was dismissed due to a lack of visual proof. This time, my documented evidence clearly shows a manipulation that resulted in the loss of approximately ₺500,000 in my savings.
Additionally, while the market was open, Goldman Sachs refused to accept my sell order for nearly an hour, further exacerbating my losses. I demand an investigation into these practices, compensation for my losses, and regulatory action against the institution for their unfair and unethical conduct.
