We recently made two separate purchases in Dedeağaç, Greece, and completed the Tax Free process for both through Global Blue. While the refund for the first purchase was successfully credited to my account, the second refund of €48 has still not been paid. It’s been well beyond the promised timeline, and I haven’t received any communication — no explanation, no update, not even a rejection email.
The initial confirmation messages from Global Blue clearly stated that the refund would be processed within 2–3 days. That deadline has long passed. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but no one responds, and reaching out seems pointless at this stage.
I am asking Global Blue to urgently investigate and complete the refund of my remaining €48. This lack of transparency and communication is deeply frustrating, and I expect my issue to be resolved without further delay.
