I registered my business as a supplier on GetYourGuide over a year ago, yet my profile is still not approved. Despite having no missing documents, my business remains inactive, and I am unable to share my activities with travelers. I have received no supplier support, and there is no way to reach customer service for assistance. This is incredibly frustrating! Why is such a large platform failing to provide services in my country? GetYourGuide, I demand immediate approval of my profile or at least a clear explanation of why it’s still inactive! I need someone from the team to contact me and resolve this issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? How did you get your profile activated?
