GetYourGuide Fails to Issue $83 Refund After Tour Cancellation

I did not receive a refund for the Islands tour I purchased through the GetYourGuide app. After the tour was canceled, I was informed that the refund would be processed between March 15–20. However, despite a significant amount of time passing, no payment has been credited to my account.
The amount that should be refunded is $83. I attempted to get support through the app and other communication channels, but I found that the contact channels were unavailable, and I have been unable to reach anyone.
