No Payments Received from Expedia for €2,500 in Bookings

I have been working with Expedia for two years. In the first year, we didn’t experience any payment issues, although we didn’t receive many reservations through the platform. However, this year, we received significantly more bookings, totaling €2,500, but have not received any payments from Expedia. I can no longer access the system, and even though I’ve requested a recovery email multiple times, I haven’t received any. There is only one contact number available in Turkey, but it’s unreachable. We are very concerned about this situation. We urgently need help and request an immediate resolution to this issue.
