I Did Not Satisfied At All And Getir Can Not Manage This Business


Earlier today, I received my delivery from the Getir website. Among the items was a pack of 5 Fuse Tea Lemon, just as I had requested. Four of these cans arrived damaged and distorted, so I asked for a replacement. I reached out to Getir's Live Support feature on their app multiple times, with one-hour intervals, to address this issue. Unfortunately, there has been complete silence in response. I reached out to customer service earlier in the afternoon, and despite the passage of several hours, there has been no discernible advancement in resolving my issue. You're not meeting expectations.
