After waiting for minutes, I received someone else’s order instead of my own. I immediately contacted Getir’s customer service, expecting a quick resolution. Instead, I was told that I could only get a refund once the wrong items were collected—but no courier was even sent to pick them up!
During the conversation, the customer representative abruptly ended the chat without processing my refund or arranging for the incorrect order to be returned. Before that, they made me open each item, take photos, and repack everything myself. Despite all this inconvenience, no compensation, no discount, and no apology were offered.
What kind of system is this? My time and effort were wasted, yet I gained nothing in return. Getir, fix your service standards and take responsibility for your mistakes!
