Getir Delivered the Wrong Water Brand



I ordered large bottles of Pürsu water from Getir, but Fuska brand was delivered instead. The delivery arrived at 8:30 PM, and I immediately noticed the mistake. I requested a replacement right away. Despite calling customer service five times and reaching out to live support seven times, no solution was provided. At 1:10 AM, the customer service center informed me that the depot had closed and the issue would be addressed the next day. This left my sick and elderly family members without water until the morning. The lack of timely assistance is extremely frustrating, especially given the urgent need for the correct product.
