My Little Caesars Pizza Arrived Without Mozzarella


On November 12, 2025, I placed a pizza order through Getironline from Little Caesars. The pizza arrived without mozzarella cheese. I waited around 45–50 minutes for it. I was extremely hungry, and as I’m writing this, it’s already 01:11 a.m.
I called customer service and explained that I had kept the product and requested either a replacement or a new one, but they asked unnecessary and lengthy questions. In addition, the courier’s attitude was unpleasant. Anyone working in the service industry should treat customers with respect. I will never order from any of their branches again.
