Getir Food Order Delayed Over 2 Hours – Poor Live Support Experience

I placed a food order through Getir, and it’s been 2 hours and 10 minutes, but my meal still hasn’t arrived. To make matters worse, when I contacted Getir's live support for help, the representative ended the chat instead of resolving the issue. I’ve been left hungry for over two hours and am extremely frustrated with both the delay and the poor customer service. This experience has been very disappointing, and I expect Getir to address this promptly.
