It has been 1.5 hours since I placed an order from KFC through Getir. I’m unable to reach Getir support, and KFC's own customer service isn’t responding either. The store isn't answering, and the order hasn’t even been marked for cancellation. Despite the delivery time being long past, the order still shows as "preparing."
This level of negligence is unacceptable. There has been no communication or resolution, and I’m left completely in the dark. I expect immediate action to cancel the order or deliver it, and better customer support in the future.
