Getir Delivery Person Misled Me, Meal Arrived with Wrong Ingredients

I ordered food from the Getir app, but my order arrived incomplete. The delivery guy told me my drink had burst and to file a complaint, which I did. Plus, my meal came with tomatoes, which I can't eat. I immediately requested a refund, but a whole day has passed, and I still haven't heard back from them. It's really frustrating because I was looking forward to my meal, and now I'm stuck dealing with this hassle. The lack of response is disappointing, and it feels like they don't care about their customers at all. It's been an annoying and stressful experience, and I expected better service from Getir. Customer satisfaction is zero, and I’m seriously considering not using this service again. What a letdown!
