I ordered food from the Getir app, but my order arrived incomplete. The delivery guy told me my drink had burst and to f...ile a complaint, which I did. Plus, my meal came with tomatoes, which I can't eat. I immediately requested a refund, but a whole day has passed, and I still haven't heard back from
