Getir Delivered Ice Melted like Water, Doesn't Wish to Pay for Returned Products
Yesterday, I ordered ice and a few other products from GETIR. The reason I made the basket was to reach the minimum basket amount for ice, but the ice arrived melted, so I literally bought water that wouldn't be worth as much as a PET bottle by paying 37 TL. Then I called the customer representative and after being on hold for about 10 minutes, I connected to the line and expressed my complaint. They put me on hold. After waiting for two or three minutes, they hung up on me. Then I called again and while I was explaining my problem to the customer representative, they hung up on me again. My line is definitely receiving good reception from Turkcell and it has full reception. Then I connected to live support via the application, but after explaining my problem there, I still did not receive a response. Lastly, I tried to return it via the bot, it was making me return the products one by one, so I chose ice first, then other products. A product was refunded. Getir has seriously damaged the quality and I want a full refund for the products I returned. Such irresponsibility cannot be possible.
