I placed an order worth ₺27,716 on October 7, 2024, and received it on October 10, 2024. The next day, I returned the items via the designated shipping company. One item was missing from my order, and after months of struggling, they finally refunded that item.
However, it is now February 10, 2025, and they still refuse to process my full refund. I took my case to the Consumer Arbitration Board, which ruled in my favor on December 17, 2024. Instead of complying, Kıyafet Sepeti has been making excuses—claiming my refund is “in transfer” or citing irrelevant delays.
They ignore messages and phone calls and are clearly stalling. My next step will be filing a lawsuit. Kıyafet Sepeti must refund my money immediately!
