Getir Order Not Delivered & Refund Delayed
I placed an order with Getir on 21/04/2024, however it was not delivered, so I contacted customer support to cancel it. Later, the courier business confirmed the cancellation. However, the order is still marked as delivered on Getir. Customer support guaranteed me that a refund would be completed quickly, but it has been more than a week and I have yet to receive it or be contacted by a representative. Despite several attempts to contact live assistance, I received no response, only the error notice, "Your connection has been terminated due to no response." I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board about this situation.
I called customer service multiple times, and they told me that my request had been recorded and that I should wait as there might be a slight delay. Today, I was told that they couldn't process it because it had timed out.
