I purchased a Genshin Impact account, but I’m having trouble logging in. I accidentally caused a 20-minute timeout due to multiple incorrect login attempts. After waiting for the timeout to end, I tried again, but I keep getting the "too many attempts, please wait" message. It’s been two hours, and I’m still facing the same issue. I’ve waited and tried again multiple times, but nothing works. I haven’t confirmed the purchase yet, but the payment has already been taken from my account. What should I do to resolve this issue?
