I Can’t Access My 2-Year Genshin Impact Account Despite Using the Correct Email

I’ve been playing Genshin Impact for nearly two years, and I’ve put a lot of effort into building my account. However, I am now unable to access it. I always used my email address to log in, but after about a week of not playing, I tried to log in again, only to see a message saying the account does not exist.

I didn’t spend money on this account, but it holds countless hours of progress and dedication. I am at a complete loss and don’t know how to recover my account. I urgently request Genshin Impact support to help me regain access to my account and restore all my hard work.
