Geico Customer Service About Billing Adjustment No Help At All

For ten years since 2010 , I trusted GEICO. Like a fool, renewed my policies year after year, I don’t know after after all the developments in technology, now a simple billing issue turned into a multi-day odyssey of hold music and dead ends. after hours of wasted time, I reached a rep who didn’t even get me. GEICO boasts about convenience, but that's a flat-out lie. A minor policy adjustment became endless paperwork, conflicting instructions, the staff's indifference is a perfect reflection of them, I’m convinced, the lady of the phone I guess she was S**** told me I could go anywhere else. How nice, I will. Ten years of loyalty meant nothing.
