10 Years Of Awful ADT Service, Unreliable Repairs

Used them for 10 years, big mistake! Service is awful! Rude people who don't know what they're doing. Repair guys showed up whenever they wanted, charged me for stuff I never called for! Wanted more cameras, called ADT a bunch, nobody ever called me back. Got them from another company instead. App kept showing problems, finally got a repair guy (after he missed appointments twice!), said he fixed it, but problems didn't stop. Finally canceled in January. They said okay, then started sending bills for wrong amounts, threatening to shut off service I didn't even have anymore! ADT is a mess. Don't use them! I ended my contract with them June 19th, the process is still not over. They find a way to victimize in every situation.
