Geico Deliberately Tries To Underpay My Claim

Geico handled my latest request incompetently for sure. I was parked outside Walmart when another truck just hit me quite hardly. The person told me that they have insurance with you. no police report was filed, the other driver admitted fault at the scene. Despite this acknowledgment, GEICO has only issued a reimbursement check for $1250, which is significantly lower than the estimated damages of approximately $4000. considering the clear liability of your insured driver, what you’re trying to do is avoiding the responsibility and of course avoiding paying!! the amount issued does not cover even half of the actual repair costs, leaving me unfairly burdened with substantial expenses due to your insured's negligence. We know your tactics so stop minimizing the payouts, pay the real bill! And your deliberate effort to reduce the responsibility taught me a lot and that’s why I’m leaving this comment here so that people learn from my misery!
