Travelex Insurance Services Denied Claim Nightmare For Missed Flight in France

You'd think after being a customer for like, ten years, things would be better. basically, I missed my flight back from France because security took forever, figured my travel insurance would cover it. Travelex denied my claim, tried to fight it, but they just threw more exclusions and hoops at me than a circus. it took forever to even get a person on the phone. I needed help then, not weeks later! And don't even get me started on how many times I had to explain everything. They don’t help you when you actually need it, you know? definitely looking for a new travel insurance company. Not gonna waste my time with a company that leaves you hanging when you need them most.
