Vodafone Customer Service Shows No Respect for Customers
I was unable to resolve the issue over the phone because of technical difficulties, it's not my fault for sure. reached out to customer service over ten times, complaints, and other issues, but to no avail. The representatives incessantly close the case after claiming the issue is resolved, but the problem remains unsolved, I mean I'm the customer, I don't close the case until I'm satisfied. Vodafone's ineffective support will surely lead me to sue the company. I am fed up with the never-ending problems and the apparent disregard for my satisfaction as a customer.
