The first time my order got stuck in shipping limbo, they offered a refund straight to my Gearbest account, which seemed super convenient, went for it. I had a lot on my wish list, later when I used that refund in the account for another item, they did the same thing and shipment was delayed for weeks, I contacted them again for a refund, but this time to my bank account as I was done using their services…they said the refund could only go back to the original payment method, which in this case, was the Gearbest credit I already had, basically useless. Thanks to these never-ending shipping delays, I'm stuck with store credit I can't even use! they totally baited me in with the easy credit option, only to trap me with unusable funds when things go south. honestly, good job.
