Unauthorized Charge Refund — Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology

On October 23, 2026 at around 7:02 PM, I was charged ₱699.00 by “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” for a subscription that I did not authorize. I did not knowingly subscribe to any service from this merchant, and I did not consent to this recurring charge. I tried to contact the merchant through chat but I was not able to reach them or get any response. Since this transaction is unauthorized, I am requesting a full refund of the ₱699.00 and the cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment associated with this merchant so that no further charges will be made. I ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible and that the refunded amount be returned to my account.
