Refund Request Please

On 13 September 2026 at around 17:01, a payment of 699.00 was charged to me by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED without my consent. I did not click on any subscription, nor did I approve or authorize this transaction in any way. After noticing the unauthorized charge, I tried to find a related confirmation or contact email but could not find any, so I have been unable to communicate with the company directly about this issue. I request that this unauthorized payment of 699.00 be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment that may have been started without my clear consent be immediately cancelled. I also expect written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account in connection with this company.
