Gcash Unauthorized Hong Kong Vcreatión Cloud
On October 19, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was automatically deducted from my GCash account for a payment to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” I did not subscribe to any product or service from this merchant, did not authorize this transaction, and did not link any of my accounts or cards to them. I noticed this transaction only after checking my GCash history and confirmed it through the attached screenshot of the digital receipt. I tried to reach the merchant but I have not been able to contact them in any way or obtain any explanation about why this payment was taken. Since this is an unauthorized charge, I request that this case be investigated in detail, that the full amount of ₱699.00 be refunded to my GCash account, and that any future charges from “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” be blocked so that this does not happen again without my consent.
